The Dock on the Bay is located on Longboat Key, just offshore from Sarasota on the Central West Coast of Florida. This intimate private community emphasizes harmony with the natural tropical environment featuring lush native vegetation and a serene view of mangrove-lined Buttonwood Harbor.

There is a small marina with up to 7ft depth and accommodations for boats up to 45 ft. Two tennis courts, two pools, and a separate spa provide uncrowded relaxation, in addition to beach access right across the street!

Fishing is close at hand, either in Buttonwood Harbor, Sarasota Bay, or the Gulf. Because of the density of foliage, The Dock on the Bay is home to multiple varieties of birds, and giant manatees and their babies are often in the yacht basin. Dolphins make daily visits off the docks or in the harbor!
